Saudi online with Oracle

Saudi systems developer House of Development has used Oracle technology in developing a system designed to legalise documents online. The initiative with the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Industry will allow immediate submission, authentication and legalisation of documents without the need for personal attendance at the relevant department.
