First 100K Property Show to be held in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in April 2005

The event, which will take place this April, will host agents and developers from the UK, Cyprus, Spain as well as other European countries, all offering properties for sale at a value not exceeding 100, 000 pounds sterling (approx. 700,000 dirhams). In addition to first time investors SPHERE believes that the event will attract experienced investors looking to grow their property portfolio.

'For most entry level investors in the property market, price is the single most important issue,' said Deirdre McCarthy-Betzold, Partner, SPHERE. 'Having researched the market thoroughly we have discovered that there is a wealth of opportunities for such investors to purchase reasonably priced properties in many leading property 'hotspots' including Spain, Cyprus and even the UK. The initial, highly enthusiastic response that we've had from agents and developers confirms this. Many of these agents and developers do not have the large marketing budgets to participate in the large property shows but are delighted with the opportunity to reach new potential clients through this targeted event. '

In addition to international agents and developers SPHERE is also inviting local and regional companies that are selling properties within the 100K range to attend. Experts will also be on hand to provide financing and mortgage advice.

'Since first time investors have no previous experience in arranging mortgages it's vital that they have access to the best range of options and can speak to experts who have experience in dealing with their specific requirements,' said Chris Allen, Partner, SPHERE. 'As well as experts from SPHERE we will also be inviting banks and financial agencies that cater to this market to attend.'

The 100K Property Show will take place on 7th of April in Abu Dhabi at The Hilton Hotel and on 8th and 9th of April in Dubai at the Dubai International Marine Club (Mina Seyahi). The Show will be open from 11 am to 8pm each day.
