Today, it has under its umbrella a luxurious, exclusive health & leisure complex, a spa consultancy firm and a training center specializing in health, beauty and holistic therapy. It is one of the support sponsors of DSF 2005.

Under its flagship is UAE's largest spa, Cleopatra's Spa which is housed in the Pyramids Health & Leisure block of Wafi. With an international hand picked selection of approximately 45 staff, the spa offers a high standard of service and opulent surroundings. They operate a Male and Female Spa 7 Days a week, to ensure customer satisfaction without any delays.

Cleopatra's Spa remains busy every month of the year. Approximately 50 clients visit the Spa per day, and depart with a sense of peace, tranquility and relaxation. Offering a multitude of treatments they have an extensive Spa Menu and also day packages. Elemis products, Light Therapy, Ionithermie, Essens, Haslauer, Jessica and Creative product houses are used to surrender only the finest results to the clientele. Inclusive of their very own Ayurvedic Consultant and staff, they provide traditional massages and programs from ancient Kerala, India.
