Etisalat approves U.S. Robotics' ISDN solution

U.S. Robotics today announced that its new ISDN internal modem will be made available immediately in the market, having passed successful tests and received approval from Etisalat, the telecommunications provider for the UAE.

This announcement reinforces U.S. Robotics' position as a leading broadband, access solutions provider with a comprehensive line of connectivity products. The U.S. Robotics internal 3409 ISDN BRI PCI terminal adapter brings connectivity speeds of up to 128kbps, thus allowing for more efficient downloading and exchange of files and a more productive online experience when conducting graphic-rich and e-commerce transactions online. In keeping with U.S. Robotics' tradition, the internal ISDN PCI card terminal adapter is designed for easy installation and use, making it an Internet access solution of choice for homes and small to medium businesses.
