- PRESS RELEASE
Network International, the region's leading, EMV certified payment card solution provider, in conjunction with BUZZ, the Call Centre solution provider, has announced a series of regional road shows designed to instill awareness in the market on outsourcing of the cards business.
It will also help banks understand how outsourcing of their non-core processes, whilst complying with scheme regulations and providing a superior service, can effectively improve their profit margins by driving down their costs which would otherwise involve significant investment in technology, considerable time to implement and need for highly skilled resources. Thus banks can focus on their core competencies of marketing and customer service.
The road show will explain to the banks how Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) can be beneficial to their business operations by maximizing on global as well as regional knowledge, skills and experience of specialists. It will explain how a befitting superior architecture will comply with EMV developments and liberate organizations to design new card products and market them at short notice. BPO is being used globally as many worldwide conglomerates realize that it is extremely useful for many kinds of businesses and especially in the context of smart card launches, where cost plays a significant role. Using BPO banks can leverage their costs through Network International who provides the facility to personalize such smart cards. The uniqueness of Network International, is that it clearly understands how banking institutions can achieve operational excellence and project accurate profitability due to known running costs. Card Schemes encourage banks to outsource their business operations and focus on their key area i.e. marketing of their card products, future business development and increasing revenue. Network International, believes that in today's highly competitive progression of the cards industry, outsourcing makes it sound business acumen for banks to achieve functional excellence by being better, faster and cheaper to their customers, whilst concentrating on their strategic business development areas.
