Renowned UK group unveils Bonnington Tower at Jumeirah Lakes

The internationally renowned Bonnington Group in coordination with Dubai's premier property services company, Better Homes, today unveiled the Bonnington Tower at Jumeirah Lakes.

The 40-storey Bonnington Tower has duplex penthouses on the two uppermost floors, besides one, two and three bedroom apartments. The property is priced at approximately Dhs 580,000 for a one bedroom apartment going up to just over Dhs 5 million for a duplex. All the apartments are designed to a very high standard with a package of alternatives to finish the apartments according to the owner's personal style. The apartments integrate premier quality low maintenance air-conditioning, high performance aluminium windows and double glazing with solar reflective glass. There are spacious terraces and gardens and inside plunge pools for all duplex penthouses.
The entrance foyer of the Bonnington Tower features a 10m high atrium and reception area with 24 hour concierge service. The Bonnington Tower also features an onsite hotel with 5-star facilities and services. Residents can benefit from five star standard hotel facilities, which include two 13 storey panoramic lifts to the restaurant and leisure deck. The restaurant has a 20 metre high atrium and picturesque views. Valet parking, room service, maid service, laundry and dry-cleaning, and baby-sitting service are also available. The cocktail area has a huge covered balcony. The five-star facility includes a conference hall, banqueting and exhibition areas.
