- PRESS RELEASE
First Video Communications (FVC), the region's leading provider of rich media communications, is due to launch Video Banking - V-Banking - a new initiative to personalize customer communication in the service sector.
After in-depth research and realizing the need in the market for personalized customer communication within the banking industry, FVC created the V-Banking concept as an easy, reliable and secure solution for growing customer needs. V-Banking gives customers the opportunity to inquire and access their data anytime by directly requesting live information from a 'live' person on a screen whose image is transmitted via a built in camera model.
"FVC are constantly researching to provide customized virtual communication solutions to growing markets. V-Banking is one such solution that can be utilised by any service industry that is looking for more personalized interaction and ultimately, the personal touch. Being a simple and secure yet cost effective system, companies can instantly incorporate the solution into its current infrastructure and provide its customer base with more personalized services - increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty," commented K. S. Parag, FVC's Regional Director.
The V-Banking model will be showcased at stand number 4 during the Global Banking Summit. The mechanism consists of the Polycom conferencing VB3000 with 17 inch LCD screen and a built-in camera monitor.
