Motorola's premium model, the V. 66 mobile phone has taken the Middle East by storm with seemingly endless customer attraction for its inspirational design and technological innovation.

"Stylish. Distinctive. Elegant. The Motorola is definitely the object of desire for mobile phone customers across the region, consumer interest for the smallest GPRS handset has exceeded our expectations," said Fadi Kachkouche, marketing manager, Motorola, Personal Communication Solutions, Middle East and Africa.

Up-to-the-minute GPRS and WAP with powerful 1 up, 4 down technology means faster information flow from the Internet but in a miniature size making the Motorola V. 66 the ultimate object of desire.

The tri-band Motorola V. 66 phone lets jet-setters keep up with the gossip which ever party they're on their way to, whether it's in Montreal, London or Dubai. Talkative types can command instant access to the in-crowd with its voice activated dialling. "Motorola recognises that style is about the right combination of details and individuality making the Motorola V. 66 the most equipped phone for the style conscious users of today," said Kachkouche.

The V66's upper clam can be personalised with six different coloured removable covers and its different display colours and 64 unique ringer tones allows the user to pick the right combination to suit them. The phone also comes in a choice of Silver or Radar Blue. The inside of the phone can also be personalised with a choice of red, yellow or green backlighting.

Other benefits include an intuitive user interface, VoiceNotes™ for 3 minutes of recorded messages, VibraCall™ discreet alert, Personal Information Management Functionality (PIM) and TrueSync™, as well as a range of new games.

"Motorola continues to deliver inspiring, stylish phones that anyone would be proud to carry. Yet Motorola is also committed to offering today's young consumers the most sought after technologies, beautifully designed and packaged," said Kachkouche.
