Roberto Ruggeri opens BiCE Abu Dhabi

The Hilton Abu Dhabi, part of the Abu Dhabi National Hotels portfolio, has introduced the finest in Italian cuisine to the UAE capital by opening a BiCE restaurant.
BiCE Abu Dhabi is part of a long line of 40 restaurants worldwide and offers the perfect blend of authentic Tuscan cuisine and modern Italian dishes.
"I am very proud to have opened BiCE at the Hilton Abu Dhabi. We saw the Hilton as the ideal location for BiCE as it reflects the elegance and high standards of service in which BiCE stands for.

I am sure guests and residents will enjoy the rare taste authentic Italian dining which BiCE provides," said Roberto Ruggeri, President and founder of BiCE restaurants worldwide.
BiCE has a contemporary design, an attractive location overlooking Abu Dhabi's corniche, and unique interiors. The Hilton Abu Dhabi outlet was purpose-built to offer an atmosphere of nostalgia and Italian charm.
BiCE Abu Dhabi is one of the first BiCE restaurants to have a walk-in wine cellar. The cellar is encased in glass and can maintain up to five hundred bottles of wine. The 'wine cave' also features a VIP seating area for those who wish to fully embrace the taste of some of the world's finest wines.
Customers dining at BiCE are assured of a memorable dining experience. All staff are well versed on the menu and can provide in-depth information on their preparation and origin, painting a visual and sensual canvas of each dish. Top Italian chef Giulio Brignola ensures all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
"Since its soft opening in the fall of 2004, BiCE has been overwhelmingly popular with hotel guests and residents of Abu Dhabi" said Jean Welti, General Manager, Hilton Abu Dhabi.
With seating for as many as 90 people and its delicious mix of modern and traditional Italian cuisine, BiCE will draw in crowds hungry for the authentic Italian culinary experience. Customers can choose from a wide range of Italian and Tuscan speciality dishes, including octopus carpaccio and homemade tortellini and Pappardelle Al Telefono, made from fresh pasta, melted mozzarella cheese, a touch of cream, tomato sauce and basil.
BiCE is located on the first floor of the Hilton Abu Dhabi and is open every day for lunch from noon to 3:00pm, and for dinner from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.
