ETA Melco to host Besam World Distributor Meet 2005 in Dubai

ETA Melco (Products Division), as the exclusive distributor in this region and India will host the event along with M/s. Besam Exports AB. This event, which takes place once every two years, will have Besam's distributors from more than 40 countries. The event will take place during the 3rd week of November. Mr. Lars Karlsson, General Manager, and Mr. Kent Jacobsson, Technical Manager of Besam Exports, Sweden were in Dubai recently to announce the venue and the host for the upcoming Besam Distributor Meet and also to plan for the event.

This event promises to bring the manufacturer (Besam) and all the distributors of Besam Export under one roof, to discuss strategies, technical fine points, new product ranges, advancements and review performances to create synergy in the operations.

During his visit Mr.Karlsson said, "We are fascinated with the progress and growth of Dubai that has the announcements of exciting and big projects almost every week. Similarly, ETA Melco's performance for past years; especially in 2004 has been remarkable and we are proud to be associated with them. There has been a good increase in business since the distributor agreement was signed with ETA Melco in 1999. As a result, for past 2 years, the orders have boomed to become the leader in the market. The business has been doubling each year for past two years".

Another reason for Mr. Lars Karlsson's recent visit to Dubai was to review the performance of 2004 and make strategic plans for 2005 to increase market share, maintain quality standards and work on improving efficiency.

Mr. Moinudeen Sadiq, Manager - Sales and Operations of ETA Melco believes that the business of Besam Automatic Doors in this region will keep increasing due to ETA Melco's excellent service and technical capability, Besam's strong product and the continuous boom in the construction industry in the region. Apart from installing technically superior automatic door on time, ETA Melco has an excellent after sales service to provide support to the clients to enable a smooth and trouble free running of the automatic doors on a very long term.

UAE has been ETA Melco's and Besam's biggest market. They are also well established across the Middle East, India and CIS countries as they have executed many prestigious turnkey projects in Qatar, Kazakhstan and India. Besam automatic doors have been installed at international Airports of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Almaty (Kazakhstan); the Abu Dhabi Municipality; and the Hyatt Regency, Mumbai, India among other projects.
