ABL's capabilities are not restricted to the Military and Law Enforcement Fields. We have the ability to test a wide range of materials such as Glass, Aluminium, Steel and Composites which has enabled us to service clients in the Marine, Aviation and Building industries.
ABL features some of the most advanced equipment that you are likely to find anywhere in Australia. All testing is conducted in our 20 metre, indoor range that is specially controlled for both temperature and humidity. All ammunition used in testing is assembled in-house by trained personnel to exacting standards.
ABL is accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) to conduct certified testing in accordance with National Institute of Justice standards which are recognised worldwide as the most accepted standard for the testing of armour. Other standards are available upon request.
The ABL team believes that its strengths lie in its ability to test to the customer's specific requirements whilst ensuring that accuracy and technical integrity are maintained at all times.
ABL is a privately owned and operated Australian company, located in Southport, approximately 80 kilometers south of Brisbane.
