The new move will see Armada Group investing some AED 25 million in the planned four story project.

"We are definitely excited by the prospect of building our new headquarters at Dubai Internet City. The Armada Group's present business has expanded so greatly, and its future business prospects are bright, that we needed extra space. I am certain that our new headquarters will not only be a physical improvement to where we are now, but will also create the right work environment for future business expansion," said Dr. Hakmi.

Design plans for the new building are already underway. The new headquarters will be four stories high, with a total occupancy space measuring 75,000 square ft. One floor will be dedicated to housing the administration section, whilst another will be for the technical and engineering teams. A further third floor is expected to be entirely used for the Armada Group's marketing department.

"As our business has greatly expanded over the last few years, so the space at our old headquarters became too cramped. We finally found ourselves needing a more spacious work environment, as further future expansions of our business became certain. Therefore, after close consultations, Dubai Internet City seemed to be the best option in building our new headquarters," said Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman, Armada Group.

The Armada group will move into their new headquarters, at the heart of Dubai Internet City, within a year from today. The signed agreement between both parties stipulates a fifty years leasing clause and is considered to be a model contract for any leading UAE investment organization, like the Armada Group, who might wish to secure any future tenancy agreements with DIC.

"We are delighted that such an esteemed organization as the Armada Group has decided to move their headquarters to Dubai Internet City. We are certain that they will get all the necessary support available for all their business needs. This is indeed a great day both for the Armada Group and for DIC," said Dr. Omar Bin Suleiman, CEO Dubai Internet City.
