Abu Dhabi's Six Towers to be cooled by Tabreed

Under the terms of the deal, Tabreed will supply cooling services to the entire development of the Six Towers Project. The project is comprised of: two towers that are owned by Private Buildings Est. and a cluster of four other towers owned by International Capital Trading L.L.C.

Construction of the project, which is located in Al Bateen area, began in March 2004 and is expected to be ready for residents to move in by November 2005. The first two towers are 25 stories high, while each of the other four rise to 15 stories.

Commenting on the signing of the contract, Mr. Mohamed Al Qamzi, Chief Operating Officer of Tabreed, said: "We look forward to being a part of a project that is undoubtedly going to be one of Abu Dhabi's landmark structures. The Six Towers is a modern and futuristic complex, not only in its design but also in its environmentally friendly approach to cooling, and Tabreed is proud to be associated with it."

In addition to The Six Towers project in Abu Dhabi five additional cooling stations are under construction in different locations in the UAE.
