'Al Ahli Group has found the right partners in leasing and managing the first phase of DOM in Savills and Asteco. Stand alone each have a perfect track record in leasing properties fully prior to opening dates. Savills have leased a large number of properties internationally and have the capability of bringing in foreign names to DOM. Within the UAE they were able to associate with huge developments like the Palm Jumeirah and recently leased completely the Garden Mall targeted to Upmarket residents of Dubai.
Asteco on the other hand has emerged as a leader in the real estate industry in the region and leasing the shopping boulevard at the Emirates Towers and Mercato is not too shy of perfection.
The combination of international expertise and local knowledge is the right formula for this unique project to be assured of success'.
M.K. also added:
' The Dubai Outlet Mall will be built to complete the shopping experience for Dubai residents and visitors alike. Fashion Outlets and Other Factory Outlets are a new concept to the region, but bargain price isn't. In DOM you will find international fashion wear, branded furniture, household products and lifestyle stores at huge discounts while enjoying the best of what the food and beverage industry has to offer from fast food to themed restaurants. The mix is hue at DOM and we have taken our customers satisfaction when considering every single aspect of the development. It will be a satisfying experience for the whole family.'
M.K. on Dubailand:
'Dubailand is the largest project in the world today that caters to the world as one family and will deliver a universe of entertainment for people of all ages to experience. The project has a team that is leading it to a re assured success with Mr. Mohammed Al Girgawi, Mr. Saeed al Muntifig and the CEO of Dubailand Mr. Salem Bin Desmal over viewing ever step of the development.
We found in Dubai Holding the right organization to be with and it shows in the efforts they are putting in, as well as Al Ahli Group, in carrying our the vision that H.H Shaikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum has set for Dubai'.
