- PRESS RELEASE
Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) recently hosted 70 of its resellers from the International Sales Region (ISR), including North West Africa, South East Africa, Turkey and the Middle East, at a Partners Symposium and Awards Ceremony in Dubai.
Welcoming the Partners to Dubai, Habib Bouchrara reaffirmed FSC's commitment to its ISR business Partners and said that the Symposium was Fujitsu Siemens Computers' opportunity to acknowledge all Partners' efforts to increase regional sales.
"It is through the efforts of these Partners that in only three and a half years since opening office in Dubai, the Company has attained its position as one of the top four vendors in the region. This has been no mean feat, as our resellers have faced still competition from vendors that have a well-established presence in the Middle East," said Bouchrara.
FSC's strategic focus is on mobility and business-critical computing and it demonstrates its commitment to the business through its continuous efforts to bring exciting and innovative products to the marketplace. This is evidenced by the fact that the Company spends over $1million per hour on Research and Development," he said.
Outlining the Company's vision for 2005, Bouchrara said, "The next year will see the launch of a whole range of outstanding products that will be customised to suit the region's specific needs."
