Armada Group awards AED13.5 million contract to Al Kaitoob Bldg. Contracting to build headquarters at DIC

The AED25 million four story project is expected to be ready in one year.

The move will see Armada Group occupying a plush and vast four-story high structure, housing the administration section on one floor, technical and engineering teams for another floor and the third floor to be entirely used for marketing department.

"The Armada Group headquarters at the DIC will have a total office floor space of 110,000 square meters. It will incorporate the latest architecture with all the modern facilities and will be effectively designed to suit the needs of the group," said Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman, Armada Group

The Armada relocation move proves its vision and commitment to the growth of property and real estate sectors in Dubai. Armada's willingness to better position itself in order to serve the sprawling 'New Dubai' area demonstrates its keenness to provide enhanced service to the community as a whole. The Armada Towers, a colossal construction undertaking, is also coming up at the Jumeirah Lake Towers, in the heart of new down-town Dubai.

The Armada group will move into its new headquarters, at the heart of Dubai Internet City, within a year. The signed agreement between Armada Group and DIC stipulates a 50 years leasing clause and is considered to be a model contract for any leading UAE real estate investment organization, who might wish to secure any future tenancy agreements with DIC.
