Grand Hyatt Dubai to present UAE's most unique culinary event ever in November

The event will provide a meeting place for leading chefs, restaurateurs, winemakers, cigar specialists and hospitality experts to share the latest in international trends to guests and food connoisseurs in the region.

Already the summit has attracted master chefs from around the globe, and gourmet gurus have already confirmed such as:

Joachim Splichal - LA based chef to the Hollywood stars who combines French cuisine with a Californian style. Splichal has a group of restaurants located in the heart of the studio district, and his restaurant Patina was described as ' the new temple of gastronomy' by The Robb Report.

Stephano (Steve) Manfredi - Italian chef and author acclaimed for bringing traditional Italian cuisine to Australia, Manfredi is the food columnist of the Sydney Morning Herald, and has a weekly online cooking show.

Heinz Von Holzen - Ex Grand Hyatt Bali chef is now considered the world's leading expert on the art of Balinese cuisine. Swiss born Von Holzen is an author of a best selling book and a renown food photographer.

'At Grand Hyatt Dubai we have 14 restaurants and bars, each a unique experience and one which we pride ourselves in. We created the Grand Gourmet Summit to provide an opportunity to sample the finest culinary talents not only in one city but in one Grand hotel,' explained Peter Fulton Regional Director/ General Manager, Grand Hyatt Dubai.

'The Grand Gourmet Summit will be a fascinating insight into the world of gastronomy, and visitors will have the opportunity to witness cooking demonstrations, attend seminars and dining events hosted by our team of master chefs & world renowned winemakers. Alongside them, we will have other personalities from the culinary world, including cheese producers and chocolatiers complemented by cigar experts. Ultimately, the summit will allow visitors to completely indulge themselves in the fascinating world of culinary arts,' added Fulton.

The final programme of events and Michelin star studded line up of chefs and personalities from the world of cuisine has yet to be finalised, but it is estimated that more than 12 internationally renown chefs will be participating in the six day event, making it this year's hot event in the region for those in the hospitality industry and food lovers alike.
