- PRESS RELEASE
Tabreed - the National Central Cooling Co. (PJSC) has signed a contract with Real East Investment Corporation to provide cooling services to the Al Rashidiya Towers, the latest major development in the Emirate of Ajman.
"The Al Rashidiya Towers complex is a leading development in the Emirate of Ajman and Tabreed is always keen on extending its services across the UAE," said Jamal Al Jarwan, Business Development Manager - Tabreed. "It gives us great pleasure to serve Ajman's latest developments and we trust that our unique services will add value to this prominent development. We are proud to be part of Ajman's latest expansions and we trust that our unique services will add value to this prestigious development."
Commenting on the contract, Mr. Ghaleb Jaber, General Manager of Real East Investment Corporation said: "We aim to bring the best to our clients and with Tabreed's proven expertise, experience and technological innovation across the region, we trust we have made the best choice of using Tabreed's unique district cooling systems".
District cooling is widely used throughout the UAE and around the world, piping chilled water from a centralized plant to a range of residential, commercial and government buildings. Landlords are attracted to the maintenance-free, economic and environmentally friendly cooling benefits of the technology, while clients enjoy reduced ambient noise and better temperature control in their homes, making it the perfect solution to all cooling requirements.
"Since Tabreed always anticipates further developments and increases in cooling loads and demands, the cooling facility will be initially built to serve the 11 towers but will expand in the future to serve other developments as they happen", concluded Al Jarwan.
