'Altitude' beat more than 25 other entries in the customer loyalty category and was judged on innovation, effectiveness and methodolgy.
' This award is extremely important to DHL UAE. We spent a lot of time and effort, to ensure this first of its kind loyalty porgramme is a success,' said David Wild, General Manager, DHL UAE.
'What sets Altitude apart is that it's the only, ongoing, long-term loyalty programme available within the air express industry.'
Altitude members have the choice of redeeming points against shipments, partners' products through gift vouchers or donating the value to one of DHL's nominated charities.
The scheme is limited to selected DHL UAE cutomers and the 21-month-old programme has now over 3,000 members.
'Altitude is a well-tailored, significant rewards programme which genuinely recognises customer loyalty and adds value to the overall DHL offering,'added Wild.
'This scheme is in line with our overall strategy of being easy to do business with and enhances our customer service.'
