Industry Networks launches Construction Industry Product Finder
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, February 22 - 2005 at 12:00
- PRESS RELEASE
Industry Networks has launched the BNC Product Database exclusively for building and construction industry products.
The BNC Product Database offers unmatched functionality, giving users the ability to identify multiple suppliers for a particular product, multiple suppliers for a particular brand and multiple products manufactured in a particular brand name. The BNC Product Finder does not only provide the details of local distributors but also of manufacturers and in many cases of the agents/distributors in all GCC countries.
Highly advanced search functionality allows users to identify precise products rather than just product groups. For instance the BNC Product Finder makes it possible to find companies that specifically offer Wall-Mounted Split A/C's rather than just all companies that supply A/Cs or even Split A/Cs. Additionally, the BNC Product Finder makes it possible to find Products using their abbreviation, origin and certification.
With the addition of the Product Database, the utility of the BNC Network has increased 10 fold for consultants, contractors and suppliers in the BNC industry and it has moved the BNC Network closer towards to its eventual objective to serve as a common platform for information exchange within the building and construction industry.
The BNC Product Database is the second of 5 fully integrated databases that Industry Networks plans to launch this year for the Building and Construction industry. This product information service is expected to follow the lead set by the BNC Project Database which grew to become the UAE's largest and most comprehensive project database within 6 months of its launch.
"The BNC Product Finder is simple to use, very powerful and highly effective. It will soon be the most powerful resource available to property developers, contractors, consultants and suppliers in the Building and Construction industry." - Avin Gidwani, CEO, Industry Networks
