Emirates Post's new-look website delivers speedy access to information and services

Emirates Post has given a new facelift to its website www.emiratepost.ae to allow faster navigation and more simplified access to information and services.
"A user-friendly portal is a key component of any organization today. People want to get information about a company through the Internet from anywhere in the world. It therefore becomes the most critical marketing and communication tool for any organization," said Mr. Abdullah Al Daboos, Director General, Emirates Post. "Our decision to overhaul the format and content of our website is in response to the need to have a strong, consumer-oriented online resource."
The portal will be updated on a regular basis to provide latest information. The home-page will spotlight a new service of Emirates Post with complete details. It will also feature links to Track Your Mail, Private P.O. Box and Rate Calculator services.
The new-look portal provides details of business services such as Postage Paid, Business Reply, Sealing Permit, Franking Machines, Mail Bag, Stamp Imprint Ad, Ad by Post and Private P.O. Box.
Under Government Services, it lists services offered by Emirates Post on behalf of Ministry of Labour, UAE University, DEWA, SEWA, Etisalat, Dubai Municipality and Department of Economic Development.
Under Consumer Services, users can obtain detailed information on services like letter post, parcels, express mail, registered letters, money orders, P.O. Boxes, insured mail, air ticket booking and retail products available at post offices.
