The event is held annually on the occasion of international women's day and is dedicated to enhancing the leadership capabilities of women professionals in the Middle East.

The conference will allow women to assess their current capabilities and expand into their potential as strong, integrated leaders. The conference begins with an interesting "Men vs. Women Debate" on whether men and women really have different management approaches. In addition to the men v/s. women debate, the one day conference includes sessions for women on effective communication strategies, leadership, personal branding, marketing, decision making, and developing a vision on technology.

International women leaders who will join the conference are Ms. Miet Smet, Minister of State, Belgium and Member of Flemish Parliament, Dr. Elizabeth Lane Lawley, Professor, Rochester Institute of Technology UK, Dr. Saida Agrebi, President, Association Tunisienne des Mères (ATM) Tunisia, Ms. Elise Collins Shields, CommonWell Institute International Inc. US, Dr. Deisi Noeli Weber Kusztra, President of World Family Organization (WFO) Brazil, Ms. Sabra Brock, President of Training Advantage, US and Ms. Sarah Al Ayed, VP, Trans-Arabian Creative Communications Services, Saudi Arabia.

Speaking about the event, Ali Al Kamali, Managing Director Datamatix Group said "In recent years, we have seen many women emerging as significant contributors to the region's economy. However, women are still not visible at leadership positions in their organizations. The 7th Woibex Women in Business Conference aims to answer questions on how women can successfully compete in the male dominated Middle Eastern business world."

Successfully organized for the past six years, the Woibex Conferences are designed for experienced women business leaders in upper-middle and senior levels of management, as well as emerging and successful entrepreneurs. The event includes informative presentations, open discussions, Q&A sessions and provides valuable benchmarking and networking opportunities for the conference delegates.
