This assignment comes shortly after Empa's agreement with Acer to distribute Acer product range from desktops, notebooks, tablet PCs, servers and storage, handhelds, monitors to projectors in the CIS region.
"Nowadays in IT industry, the product specifications, features and prices are almost similar for all major vendors. Customer service is then the point of differentiation", said Adnan Siddique, RMA and Service Department at Empa. "Acer Care Service Center will cover 3 major areas in pre and post sales support of Acer products; product support service, repair service and spare parts support service. And for an end user, we are an extended arm of Acer, providing the highest level of technical support, product information together with continueous support. By this, we are certain that our customers get the maximum support whenever needed", added Siddique.
