  • United Arab Emirates: Saturday, February 26 - 2005 at 09:49
  • PRESS RELEASE

Home Owner Dubai was opened Thursday by Abdul Rahman Al Mutaiwee, Director General of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Home Owner Dubai, at the Madinat Arena in the Madinat Jumeirah complex, is now on the third show since its launch in December 2003 and is the UAE's premier residential real estate exhibition. More than double the size of the previous exhibition in June last year and bringing together specialist exhibitors with prospective home buyers, landlords, owner occupiers and investors, it is the one-stop-shop for everyone attracted to the region's burgeoning real estate industry.

Whether looking for an investment property or a home of their own, visitors will find all the information and advice they need at Home Owner Dubai. There's something for everyone: mortgages and finance options, showcases of new properties from a wide range of developers, interior design ideas, swimming pools and much more.

Exhibitors include Dubai Properties, Emaar, Amlak, Continental Real Estate, Mashreqbank, and Trident International Holdings plus many more.

Simon O'Herlihy, of organiser Motivate Events, said: "As ever, we are delighted with Home Owner Dubai. Exhibition space for this event was sold out with weeks to go and visitors were waiting for the doors to open at 10 a.m this morning. Already the stands are busy and we anticipate a very successful three days."

Home Owner Dubai runs from 24-26 February at the Madinat Arena, Dubai.

Opening times:
Thursday 24 10am-6pm
Friday 25 2pm-8pm
