Citibank celebrates partnership with Jumbo Electronics

The award was presented to Jumbo Electronics by Citibank's Chief Executive Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Mr. Frits Seegers, who is currently visiting the UAE, in the presence of Rajeev Kakar, Regional Head for Citibank's Consumer Bank in Turkey, Middle East & Africa. Mr. J.P. Nambiar, General Manager - Retail, Jumbo Electronics, received the plaque of appreciation, at Jumbo House, Bur Dubai, Jumbo's flagship outlet in Dubai.

EIP is an innovative credit card purchase plan developed by Citibank and is available across a vast merchant partner network, which includes top consumer brands in the UAE. The Plan offers cardmembers the convenience of converting all purchases made on Citibank Credit Cards into installment plans of up to 36 months at very low interest rates. Moreover, all purchases made at member outlets using Citibank credit cards can be converted into Easy Installments directly at the member outlet.

Citibank has also dedicated a customer service desk at Jumbo Electronics house, the first in-house financing desk that makes shopping an enjoyable experience at Dubai's top electronics store. Citibank representatives are available on the spot to answer customer queries and to provide financing solutions, including the EIP.
