Food and Beverage Business Group executive appointments are selected

Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) has held a meeting to select the executive appointments for the Food and Beverages Business Group, suggest a work plan for this year and discuss the group's working mechanism in the next stage.
The representative committee members agreed on selecting Mr. Ahmed Bin Hassan Al Shaikh as a chairman of the group appreciating his previous efforts and to guarantee the success of the group in the future. While Mr. Bader Al Aujan was appointed as vice chairman and Mr. Mohammed Shahid as general secretary.
After selecting the appointments, the chairman discussed with members of the group suggestions on the working strategies in the future as well as creating flexible work plan. Some ideas were suggested during the discussion session on the meetings procedure, activating the sub-committees and sub-groups, and discussing some pending issues from the previous group.
The business groups work under the umbrella of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. DCCI established the business groups as apart of the new strategy which launched about two years ago to develop the different sectors of the economy and to activate the chamber's relationship with the members in order to solve their problems and serving the Business sector.
