Orbit revolutionizes TV viewing with exclusive deal with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution

Television viewers in the Middle East can now watch the latest award-winning series and blockbuster movies first on the Orbit digital satellite television network following an exclusive agreement between the broadcaster and Warner Bros. International Television Distribution

The deal enriches the enviable array of Western programming on the Orbit network with viewers having exclusive "first see" access to the latest new seasons of action, drama and comedy series and reality shows plus blockbuster movies like Ocean's 12, Troy, Alexander, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Catwoman well in advance of any other broadcaster in the region.

Orbit will broadcast the latest series of EMMY award-winning shows like The Sopranos, The West Wing, ER and Six Feet Under just six months after their release in the United States and more than two years earlier than other broadcasters in the region.

In a novel development for television in the region, the network is launching special Warner Bros.' blocks of primetime programming on its popular America Plus and Super Comedy channels under the banner "First See TV".

The Warner Comedy block will feature the Drew Carey Show and the latest and last season of Friends. Other shows slated for broadcast include the recent smash hits Joey, Two and a Half Men, Johnny Zero and the provocative Nip/Tuck.

The highly acclaimed and compulsively addictive reality TV series Bachelor , Bachelorette and High School Reunion also feature prominently in the schedule.
