Hummer hits mid SUV market

GM is set to launch its Hummer H3 on the medium-size SUV market, after it made its European debut at the Geneva International Motor Show. The H3 is powered by a Vortec 3500 engine, has an electronically controlled 4WD system with fully locking rear differential, traction control, underbody shielding and GM's StabiliTrak vehicle stability enhancement system. Buyers can choose manual or automatic transmission. The H3 should be available in the Middle East by Q3 this year.
