More than 20,000 passengers flew British Airways World Traveller Plus class from the GCC between April 2004 and January 2005, a 33 percent increase compared with the same period 2003-2004, according to company data. The class fills a gap between normal business and economy class by offering up to 40 seats giving 38 inch legroom, in-seat power and telephones. There are 44 flights per week from the GCC to London Heathrow offering the class.
