DCA expansion plans

The Dubai Civil Authority has laid out its plans to cope with increasing year on year passenger and cargo numbers at a Dubai Property Group networking event. DCA plans to build a USD4.5bn light-rail to link airports and the city centre around the current expansion works at Dubai International Airport and the new airport under construction at Jebel Ali.
