- PRESS RELEASE
Tabreed - the National Central Cooling Co. (PJSC) has signed a long-term contract with Al Khaleej Specialized Hospital, located in the Al Jimi District in Al Ain.
"The Al Khaleej Specialized Hospital is designed to provide state of the art medical services for the residents of Al Ain," said Mohamed Bin Shamal Al Ma'amari, chairman of the hospital. "In addition, the well being of people is of high importance to us and given that district cooling has been proven to substantially reduce harmful Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions and energy consumption when compared to traditional electric-powered air conditioning units, we consider it the perfect cooling solution for our hospital."
"Al Khaleej specialized Hospital is Al Ain's latest development to join the list of developments that utilize Tabreed's district cooling solutions, including Al Jimi Mall, Celebration Hall, Vegetable Market and Al Ain Municipality expansion," said Bassem Al Duaifi, Sales Manager of Tabreed. "We are proud to be chosen by Al Khaleej Specialized Hospital and to further expand our clientele database."
District cooling is widely used throughout the UAE and around the world, piping chilled water from a centralized plant to a range of residential, commercial and government buildings. Landlords are attracted to the maintenance-free, economic and environmentally friendly cooling benefits of the technology, while tenants enjoy reduced ambient noise and better temperature control in their homes, making it the perfect solution to all cooling requirements.
