Dubai shuts down indecent TV

Television channels in the UAE and the region airing indecent videos will be shut down by Dubai Police in a new five-year campaign, reported Gulf News. TV broadcasters in Dubai Media City have also been warned that they must follow the codes of guidance set up by free zone authorities. The step was taken after a channel at DMC was sued for airing an indecent video clip.
