MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) awards Smartner Mobile e-Mail deal

MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) has chosen Smartner Information Systems to bring the leading edge mobile office solution to the enterprise and residential market in Bahrain.

With the deployment of Smartner Duality Always-on Mail solution, MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) is the first operator in the Middle East region to bring true push solution to its individual, small business and corporate customers.

Push e-Mail is a service that allows MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain)'s customers to send and receive their e-Mails from their handsets devices. The new solution pushes new e-Mails automatically to mobile devices. No user interaction is required.
