DIP to mark its global expansion with major real estate project in Qatar - Dubai Towers

Dubai International Properties, a Dubai Holding member company, is getting ready to start the execution of large projects in a number of countries in the Middle East.
Mohammed Al Gergawi, CEO of Dubai Holding said: "The UAE has witnessed great developments in the past five years. We, at Dubai Holding, are keen on sharing this experience with our brothers from the GCC region. This is how H.H General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Minister of Defence, has always envisioned it, as he strongly believes in having a unified strategy for growth".
Al Gergawi added that: "Dubai Holding has major projects such as Dubai Internet City and Dubailand. It is about time to share this success with our brothers. Dubai Towers - Doha will symbolise this cooperation."
Farhan Faraidooni, CEO of Dubai International Properties said: " Dubai Towers - Doha will feature boulevard, offices, residential accommodation, and a five-star hotel, a health centre, gym, restaurants, a well-equipped business centre with high speed Internet connection, parking lots, security services, and 24-hour maintenance system, laundry -- all of which will add to the uniqueness of the project."
He said: "We aim at investing in the Gulf markets, as they offer promising opportunities. Doha was our first choice as it provides a unique atmosphere for investment and work.
Faraidooni said: "We will adopt state-of-the-art facilities in building Dubai Towers-Doha, as we will deal with top international architecture companies such as 'RMJM, which were in charge of designing Emirates Towers. The company will adopt a unique design for Dubai Towers-Doha, as it will hire leading interior designers. We are confident that Dubai Towers - Doha will be the city's new and best project."
