The Executive Programme coaches senior managers in the development of their leadership skills. It explores areas of personal development that are often ignored in today's demanding business environment and aims to facilitate the development of positive soft skills in others. Together, enhanced business productivity and performance is experienced. PeoplePlus introduced their first two levels of leadership learning at the beginning of the year focusing on creating leaders at all levels within organizations, from first level supervisors to GM's.

Richard Jeffery Managing Director of People Plus said 'The speed of business growth in Dubai requires much more of senior management than in the past. Those at the top of companies must be prepared to move quickly to control business growth in a way that maximizes its opportunity. Over trading can be a serious negative consequence of neglecting to grow people as well as business volumes. The threat of this in a market as dynamic as we are currently experiencing in Dubai is very real. Many strong managers find it difficult to be procative in a market which requires fire fighting on a daily basis'. He went on to say ' the solution is a collaborating workforce, that trusts its leadership and knows where the company is going."
