UK-based hotel operator the Chelsea Group will open two Dubai properties in the next two months. The Chelsea Hotel, a four-star business hotel has 99 guest rooms which has 18 executive rooms and 12 suites, is due to open on April 1. The 49-storey Chelsea Tower, opening in April, offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to accommodate long term and short stay guests.
