Speaking on the forthcoming tradeshow Mr. Abdul Rahman Falaknaz, President, International Expo Consults, said, "AAME has grown significantly over the years and has emerged as a convergence point for manufacturers, dealers, distributors and buyers from the Automotive Aftermarket Industry worldwide. Spread across 2 halls & over 2500 square meters net space, this years showing is 30% higher compared to last year. This year's event will feature over 200 companies from 20 countries across the world. The demand for the latest spare parts, components and accessories is fuelled by the frenzied increase in business & retail activities in the region which has one of the world's highest ownership of vehicles, as well as heightened customer expectation and competition."
Speaking about their participation, Mr. David Wang, co-ordinator China Pavilion, said, "This is our biggest showing at AAME; 20% up compared to last year's participation & we intend to make the best out of our participation. We are hoping to do a turnover in excess of US $ 10 Million, through this show"
"Dubai is the business & financial hub for the Middle East & African Markets. Through this exhibition in Dubai, we can reach out to a potential 1.5 billion population in the region. Dubai offers us a conducive business environment to be able to market the Chinese brands across the region. Already there are a few Chinese companies in this market & the general feeling is that the Middle East is our market for the future," continued Mr. Wang.
"This years showing lays special stress on Motorcycles esp. for the Iran & African re export markets. Our analysis tells us that 80% of the products sold here are for the re export markets. Hence we hope to target the MENA region for our products, services & technologies. Quality wise Chinese companies today are at par with the rest of the world with numerous internationally recognised quality certifications like ISO & CE. This coupled with the competitive pricing benefit that we offer gives us the marketing edge world -over," concluded Mr. Wang.
Some of the key exhibitors include L & D Aromaticos, Spain; Duram Trading FZC, UAE; Iran Khodro Investment Development Co. (Iran); P T Distributors Sdn Bhd, Malaysia; Success International (PTE) Ltd., Singapore etc. besides national pavilions from China, Taiwan & Turkey.

Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Show is a focused B2B event and will attract prospective business visitors from across the region including Asia and Europe. Over 6,000 professional business visitors from 30 countries are expected to visit the Expo.
"The fact that a number of previous exhibitors have re-booked for this show is evidence that AAME delivers business results, particularly as many of the regular exhibitors have increased their stand space this year. The level of technology, products and techniques on show is exceptional and this show will be a shop window for the future of the Automotive Aftermarkets industry," concluded Mr. Falaknaz.
