DTTC, first tea shipment

The Dubai Tea Trading Centre has received its first shipment of multiple origin tea. Most of the 182 tonne load of tea from India and Vietnam has already been sold, according to project consultant Sanjay Sethi. The government initiative was set up in 2004 to make Dubai one of the main tea trading hubs in the world.
