The agreement was signed at the 11th Middle East International Cable, Satellite, Broadcast and Communications Exhibition (CABSAT) between E-Vision's Chief Executive Officer, Humaid Rashid Sahoo, and Al Aqariya's Chairman of the Board Mohammed Saleh.
