The Rivoli Group receives DSF Innovation Award for Excellence in Retail Service

In the recently concluded Dubai Shopping Festival, leading retailer, The Rivoli Group received the top honor by winning the 'DSF innovation Award for Excellence in Retail Service'.
Ramesh Prabhakar, Managing Partner, Rivoli Group said, "Winning the prestigious award is in recognition of the investments that we make in staff training and motivation. Our staff have been handpicked for their positive attitude and their customer service orientation. Additionally regular service-driven incentive schemes and refresher training courses ensure that the staff morale is consistently high."
The promotional team also conducts random Mystery Shopper awards scheme and also gets customers to fill up customer service survey forms.
The DSF Innovation awards recognize achievement across all sectors and are judged by a panel of senior industry figures meaning that the recognition comes from the leaders of the retail industry.
