Qtel, USD220m for wireless

Qtel plans to spend USD220m on developing its wireless network over the next two years, said a company statement. The aim is to boost GSM penetration from 65 to 100 per cent of the population of 750,000. Qtel also hopes to commission its 3G system by the end of this year.
