Pehla, Firstnet and Al-Awael at the CABSAT 2005

Pehla, Firstnet and Al-Awael are the 3 pay TV bouquets on the ADD (Arab Digital Distribution) platform. ADD which is the largest pay TV platform in the Middle East currently has over 60 channels on the platform that cater to the Arabic, Western and Asian viewers across the GCC.

Organizers, Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) commented that CABSAT 2005 has grown exceptionally and kept pace with the growth of the electronic media industry in the region. The show recorded an increase in nett space by 31% necessitating an expansion of the show from two halls last year to three halls in 2005.

CABSAT 2005 provided key electronic media houses in the region seeking to upgrade their existing systems and technologies with a single-window opportunity to meet buyers and suppliers in a conducive business environment.
