Pehla, Firstnet and Al-Awael at the CABSAT 2005

Pehla - Premium Asian Entertainment, Firstnet - Premium International Entertainment and Al-Awael - Premium Arabic Entertainment in the Middle East were proud to be some of the major participants in the 11th Middle East International Cable, Satellite Broadcast & Communications Exhibition (CABSAT 2005).
Organizers, Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) commented that CABSAT 2005 has grown exceptionally and kept pace with the growth of the electronic media industry in the region. The show recorded an increase in nett space by 31% necessitating an expansion of the show from two halls last year to three halls in 2005.
CABSAT 2005 provided key electronic media houses in the region seeking to upgrade their existing systems and technologies with a single-window opportunity to meet buyers and suppliers in a conducive business environment.
Commenting on this major event, Mr. Vinod D'Mello, Executive Vice-President, Network Development & Marketing, Arab Digital Distribution said, "We were delighted to be one of the major participants in the CABSAT 2005. This was an excellent opportunity for all exhibitors and visitors to meet under one roof to explore and discuss potential and various business strategies and get acquainted with the latest trends in the field."
Mr. Vinod D'Mello also added that the future of satellite & television industry has a long to way to go and an event like CABSAT is a perfect platform for any pay TV platform company to reach out to the world.
