Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon recognized by Consumer Guide

Consumer Guide, an influential source of automotive information in the USA, has recognized the Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon in the 'Recommended' category of its February 2005 auto issue, bringing the number of GM vehicles currently recommended by the magazine to an impressive twelve.
The Tahoe and Yukon met all the criteria, which included a "Good" score in the magazine's rigorous 40-point testing program, as well as "Excellent" reliability according to its latest subscriber survey and "Adequate" performance when crash-tested by the American IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety).
The twelve vehicles currently recommended by the Consumer Guide include the Cadillac CTS, , Chevrolet Avalanche, Chevrolet Silverado, Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Sierra, Saab 9-5, Pontiac Vibe, Buick Rendezvous, Buick Park Avenue, Chevrolet Impala and Buick LeSabre.
