UAE-based Arabian Falcon Holidays has marked the Royal Club on the Palm Jumeirah as Dubai's first holiday timeshare ownership scheme. Located on the trunk of the Palm, the 50-apartment development will offer 51 separate weeks of occupancy for sale for one and two-bedroom units.
