Capitol Hotels, three properties

The Capitol Hotel Group is to invest USD106m in three new properties in Dubai. The four-star Moscow Hotel will have 138 rooms and cost USD41m; the 80 Elite Hotel Apartments will cost USD24m; and the 200-room Capitol Hotel Al Barsha near the Mall of the Emirates is a USD41m investment.
