DCCI receive Moroccan Mission

The meeting discussed the possibility of organizing business conference between Dubai and Marrakesh includes workshops on sector wise issues such as IT and E-Government, exhibition and meeting between the businessmen to promote the projects and opportunities in both sides.

Mr. Al Mutaiwee welcomed the initiative and show case the excellent investment climate in the UAE and the gulf region that urges the investor to invest the region. He said" the excellent Infrastructure, developed services, quick governmental services in addition to the free zones encourage and supports the investors to invest in the region".

Mr. Al Momni pointed Morocco have 16 Area Centers which provide services to the investors. He showcased the center's services that include: selling lands to the investors, acting as one stop shop for the businessmen, solving disputes, encouraging investments, creating links and relationships with foreign investors.

Mr. Al Mutaiwee expressed DCCI interest to cooperate with the center he said" Morocco has good facilities for the businessmen, long coasts, security and investing vitals" he added "it is a necessity for the center to participate in Arab business events and activities and promoting the center in the media".

Mrs. Hessa Al Ossaily explained how forums between Dubai and Marrakesh can promote the investment opportunities in both side and encouraging the individual efforts and growing them under one umbrella, She pointed to the Marrakesh interest in strengthen the relationship with DCCI .

Mr. Sultan Lootah suggested organizing the conference in the first quarter of 2006. As well as organizing forum at DCCI to promote the conference in advance facilities, and business opportunities in both sides.
