Shell, KPI, partner downstream

Shell will partner Kuwait Petroleum International to develop and implement joint downstream investments, following an agreement. Shell and KPI have been in involved in joint energy projects for 50 years. The latest joint venture will pursue global opportunities to combine Shell's downstream experience with Kuwait's growing downstream investments.
