Marina Diamond Development - ahead of its time

With a further nine months until its completion date is in sight Marina Diamond One has already surpassed the half way point in the buildings 14 storey structure, racing ahead of its construction schedule by a whole month.

As work begins on the 9th floor of the building Diamond Investment's project manager Tariq Jamal confirmed that the company has already finished the building's basement, including the plastering of walls and columns. Block work has been completed on the ground and first floors giving new shape to the flats through the formation of room and unit partitions. The second, smaller building annexing Marina Diamond One has also reached the concrete stage in development.

As block work reaches the third floor and apartments become clearly defined in Marina Diamond One, Marina Diamond Two has been quick to follow suit. With the successful completion of its excavation process Marina Diamond Two has begun work on the buildings deep foundation phase, marking its stake in the exclusive waterfront development.
