Madinat Jumeirah shakes up traditional fitness

The Power-Plate is a rapidly vibrating platform on which exercises are performed. This "space age" equipment (used by the Russian Cosmonauts) is now also used by Olympic and professional athletes, celebrities, VIP's and even sport haters.
