A Tri-party collaboration to build 'Intelligent City' in Dubai

Seven Seas, a leading system integrator in Dubai today announced the signing of a Tri-party collaboration with Eutech Cybernetics and LG CNS to provide a wide range of products and services in the UAE.

Eutech Cybernetics is a leading software developer and provider of end-to-end network-centric software solutions for Infrastructure Management, which includes Intelligent Building and Facility Management.

Dr. Hari Gunasingham, the CEO of Eutech Cybernetics said that the collaboration with Seven Seas will enable Eutech to leverage Seven Seas' extensive sales and support network in the United Arab of Emirates enabling Eutech to focus on product innovation.

The partnership allows Seven Seas to stay at the forefront of technology, innovation, service responsiveness and delivery in building maintenance and facilities management by deploying Eutech's Enterprise-wide Facility Management Products and Solutions (FacilityOffice suite of products) and LG's Smart Home Automation that allows wireless connectivity to operate lighting, security systems and watch surveillance videos from anywhere in the building.

"The notion of an Intelligent City is managing the city infrastructure more "intelligently" through the effective use of technology, interconnected hubs within the citywide infrastructure," said Mustansir Hamza, Managing Director of Seven Seas, "Intelligent building is no longer considered as 'something nice to have' but has become an business drivers to reduce cost, optimise manpower utilisation and improve service levels through aggregation, service integration and process automation respectively."

The concept of the digital home network is close to becoming a reality for consumers worldwide, a development representing a significant way that people will interact with their appliances and use them at home or in offices. The Internet and wireless connectivity is driving this change to enhance collaboration.
